Objective:
Nordstrom’s e-mail marketing program consisted of one to ten different e-mails each week.
Unique challenges:
Managing resources for these e-mails was often a challenge, as there could be up to 40 e-mails in production and an entire season of upcoming e-mails being concepted at once.
