Objective:

Re-think, redesign and improve the usability of Substitute Online’s online application used by teachers, school administrators and substitutes to post and fill jobs.


Unique challenges:

It had to be something that wouldn’t put their substitutes right back to sleep when they logged in at 4am to search for jobs.
